Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled prior to dispatch directly through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support at +91 94284 20000 or connect@vaidyug.com.
• Please initiate cancellation requests promptly within 2 to 4 hours of placing your order for fastest resolution before shipment packaging commences.

Once an order has been picked up by our logistics courier partner, it cannot be canceled in transit. However, you may refuse delivery at your doorstep when the delivery partner arrives. Once the package is safely returned to our facility, your refund will be processed promptly.

Vaidyug Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel orders under circumstances including:

• Temporary stock unavailability or harvest seasonality of raw natural ingredients.
• Incomplete, unreachable, or unserviceable delivery address/pincode.
• Suspected fraudulent transactions or automated security verification failure.

If you have an active recurring subscription or scheduled delivery under the Swarna Circle program, you can pause, skip, or cancel future cycles anytime from your user dashboard at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled dispatch date.

Vaidyug does not charge any cancellation penalties, restocking charges, or processing fees. 100% of your paid amount is returned with zero deductions whenever an eligible order is canceled prior to shipping.
